I would say it's time for Vrabel to evaluate if he is putting this team in situations to succeed - and if he thinks all the players suck and its not his fault. I bet Vrabel's got his seat warmers on! "Coach better, execute better, better effort" at-least were consistent! 2-11 in your last 13 games.
